Pura Vida Community Clinic Free Medial Clinics began with volunteers in 1989. Since then, each of our clinics has been run by 95% volunteer staff. Pura Vida Community Clinic would not be in existence without the extraordinary dedication of our volunteers, whether it is showing up on a clinic night to help the patients or as a member of the clinic advisory councils.
Our ten Pura Vida Community Clinics recorded nearly 5,000 patient visits during 2020. This would not have been possible without the extraordinary work of the clinic staff. We have over 1000 volunteers that provide continuous support in our clinics.
I want to send a special thanks to all of our staff that makes Pura Vida Community Clinic clinics possible.

Volunteer at a clinic near you! Clinics are in need of volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, as well as pharmacists, registrars, clerks, interpreters, and on-site administrators.
If you are a licensed Medical Provider (MD, DO, PA, NP), please complete this Medical Volunteer Application Form.
If you are interested in volunteering and are NOT an MD, DO, PA, or NP, please complete this Volunteer Application Form.
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
All of our volunteers automatically covered under our professional liability insurance policy.
