How eligibility is reviewed
When you call, staff may ask basic questions about where you live, whether you have insurance, the type of care you are seeking, and whether the clinic has the resources to provide it. Do not submit financial documents, insurance cards, or medical records through the public website.
Uninsured and underinsured patients
People without insurance or with limited access to affordable care are encouraged to call. Having insurance does not automatically determine whether the clinic can help; staff will explain current options.
What the clinic cannot promise
Eligibility does not guarantee that every service, test, medication, or referral will be available. The clinic will explain what it can provide and where additional care may be obtained.
